Open Question: Colour hair the same color as your skin?

I know it sounds weird, but i have always loved the look of the skin colour blending into the hair. It gives a creamy look overall. Look at the pic of nicole kidman in the link below to get an idea of what i mean. The hair colour at the roots is lamost the exact shade as her skin. Itts easier for her because her skin is sooo white. I was wondering what hair colour would work on a darker scale,my skin is a bit lighter than jessica alba's. obviously it would be a shade of blonde.
